Ningbo Dyon Industrial Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Ningbo Zhengxinyuan Import and Export Co., Ltd. founded in 1998, completed its group restructuring and rebranding in 2020. Headquartered in Jishigang Town, Haishu District, Ningbo, it is a comprehensive apparel enterprise integrating garment manufacturing, design & R&D, fabric & accessory sales, and import & export trade.
The Group owns multiple wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiaries, including NINGBO POPMODE CLOTHING CO., LTD and DYONTEX (ANHUI) INDUSTRIES LTD, with products covering all categories of garments for both domestic and export markets. Export destinations include mid-to-high-end apparel retail chain brands in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France and other regions, with annual exports exceeding one million pieces.

Foundation of the Group
Founded Ningbo Zhengxinyuan Import and Export Co., Ltd., launching garment foreign trade operations, building international trade channels, and establishing the Group's core foreign trade foundation.

Ningbo Production Base Launched
NINGBO POPMODE CLOTHING CO., LTD, the Group's key manufacturing subsidiary, was officially established, building intelligent garment production workshops in Ningbo and completing the integrated "trade + in-house manufacturing" value chain.

Anhui Dyon Fashion Production Base Launched
DYONTEX (ANHUI) INDUSTRIES LTD commenced operations in Yushan Industrial Park, Ma'anshan, Anhui, as a comprehensive garment manufacturing base equipped with full-set suspended intelligent production lines.
September 2020
Group Structural Upgrade
Ningbo Dyon Import and Export Co., Ltd. completed its corporate restructuring and was renamed Ningbo Dyon Industrial Group Co., Ltd., consolidating management of import/export, garment production, R&D, and investment businesses.

Local Factory Smart Upgrading
Group subsidiary Ningbo Baopo Garment completed a full-plant smart transformation, introducing digital production, quality control, and warehousing systems. It has become a model for smart manufacturing in Ningbo, earning high recognition from customers, government authorities, and industry peers.

Overseas Manufacturing Base Launched
Following the successful operation of the Group's Vietnam office, its wholly-owned Cambodia garment factory, with an investment of USD 12 million, was fully constructed and officially commissioned, further optimizing the global production supply chain.
